Coach Katelyn Ross is what we call a signature C.U.D.I.T.® Coach, her passions for coaching athletes began while playing for Northwestern Oklahoma State when she realized playing at a high level takes more than just the physical game, it was there where her passion grew to share the importance of learning a more in depth meaning of the mental portion of the game.

 

When returning from her playing career, Coach Katie zoned in with the drive and passion to develop proper mechanics in the early stages of athletes, since then she has taken her 2009 team and developed an elite squad, breaking community records with a 43 w-0T-0L season. Coach Katie is the founder and owner of 360 Elite Softball training and has trained alongside team Canada national athletes.

 

Coach Katie is passionate about pushing herself to be uncomfortable and practice he own grit, flow and growing mindset. Coach Ross is a softball Guinness world record holder, motivational speaker and driven to push athletes to reach their own elite level, one lesson at a time.
