COACH RYAN SPANG
After an accomplished Division II college baseball career, Coach Spang continued playing competitive football until the age of 30. Upon hanging up his cleats, he transitioned into coaching, bringing his passion and expertise to multiple sports, including football, baseball, softball, and ice hockey.
Over the years, Coach Spang coached at various levels—from recreational and travel teams to middle school and youth leagues—where he has dedicated himself to developing well-rounded athletes.
Currently, Coach is an assistant softball coach at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, where he is committed to fostering the growth and success of his athletes. His coaching philosophy centers on enhancing each player's skills, strategic understanding, and overall love for the game.
Serving the Lancaster and surrounding counties, Coach Spang strives to instill discipline, teamwork, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in every athlete he works with. Coach Spang's goal is to not only improve their game but also to prepare them for the challenges both on and off the field.
