"During Arizona Spring Training this year, I began implementing the WOTW and writing my own Visualization journal entries to improve my daily mental game preparation.

"I’m so happy I decided to apply for the CUDIT Concentric Hitting Certification and was accepted. It not only changed the way I coach hitting it changed the way I coach.

I wanted to go through the program to help my team and players in the league be better hitters. Now I have a plan for every practice and create drills for one of the five hitting steps. I talk about the mental game with my players a lot more. Every practice starts of with a discussion about the WOTW. I’m always throwing in discussions about the VBS system during practice.
