I am the owner of The Strike Zone in Frederick Maryland and have also coached the game for 17 years. I also am currently the varsity high school softball coach at Frederick High School.
I have been passionate in studying the swing for many years and I am dedicated to correcting and creating clean and powerful swings for my athletes. The most important factor in my training is having my hitters understand the WHY behind. This is a concept that I am proud to deliver to the hitters that I work with.
I have learned that teaching this way will have my hitters trigger their training under stress. With that, I am very proud to be a CUDIT Concentric Hitting Coach to teach hitting the proper way while instilling self-confidence.
Teaching the science of the swing is a huge benefit in instilling mechanics and mental training instead of just giving my hitters drill. I am dedicated to train the whole package and bring the private hitting lesson to the next LEVEL in Maryland!
